Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This page explains your right and how to use it. It applies to purchases from Champion Coaching (trading as Abi Champion PT Ltd).

How it works (two steps)

  1. Tell us: use the button above or email abi@championcoaching.co.uk with your name and order reference.
  2. Confirm: we reply to acknowledge your request by email without delay. Where you are entitled to a refund, we refund all payments within 14 days using your original payment method.

Important: digital programmes delivered immediately

Our training programmes are digital content delivered as a downloadable PDF, with a Google Sheet for progress tracking, and access is provided to you immediately on purchase. Before you complete your order you are asked to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the programme is delivered to you. Because delivery happens immediately on purchase, the purchase is final once your order is complete. If, for any reason, the programme has not yet been delivered to you, your full 14-day right of withdrawal still applies.
