Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Champion Coaching (trading as Abi Champion PT Ltd) sells digital training programmes. This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day "cooling-off period") and how it applies to digital products.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. This right comes from EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673) and, in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal you only need to tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, and give us your name and order reference. You can email us at abi@championcoaching.co.uk with your name and order number.

We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal request by email without delay. Where you are entitled to a refund, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of accepting your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Important: digital content supplied immediately

Our training programmes are digital content delivered as a downloadable PDF, with a Google Sheet for progress tracking, and access is provided to you immediately on purchase. The law allows the right of withdrawal to end early for digital content once supply has begun, but only where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right.

Accordingly, when you buy a programme you are asked, before completing your order, to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the programme is delivered to you. Because delivery happens immediately on purchase, the purchase is final once your order is complete.

If, for any reason, the programme has not yet been delivered to you, your full 14-day right of withdrawal still applies and you may withdraw for a full refund as described above.

If you have any problem accessing your programme, contact abi@championcoaching.co.uk and we will get it sorted for you. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or UK law.
