Champion Coaching (trading as Abi Champion PT Ltd) wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all training programmes.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no reason required. We'll refund all payments to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

How to request a refund

Email abi@championcoaching.co.uk with your name and order number, or use our Refunds & Right of Withdrawal page, which includes a request button and a model withdrawal form. We'll acknowledge your request by email without delay.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673) or as a UK consumer (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
