The questions people ask most often. If you do not see yours here, get in touch.
What is the difference between MOVE · Gym and MOVE · Home?
The method is the same in both: two to four sessions a week, compound-led, with progressions written in every four weeks. The equipment is what differs. Gym uses a full commercial setup (barbell, rack, cables, dumbbells); Home uses dumbbells and bands. MOVE · Home is also a great place to start if you are new to lifting. You can buy both at checkout for an extra £9.99.
Is this for beginners?
If you are brand new to lifting, MOVE · Home is a great place to start. The method is the same as MOVE · Gym, the equipment is lighter, and you can build confidence with the patterns before moving to the barbell. If you have already trained with a barbell, MOVE · Gym is built for you.
How do I access my programme after buying?
You receive a confirmation email straight after purchase with login details for the MOVE app. Log in on your phone, and the full 12-week programme appears in your training tab.
Do I need the MOVE app to use the programme?
Yes. The programme is delivered through the app: sessions, form videos, weight tracking, and progressions all live there. It is free to download and works on iPhone and Android.
I cannot train four days a week. Can I still do it?
Yes, by design. The programme is structured so you can train two, three, or four days a week without missing critical work. The four sessions are there if you can do them; nothing falls apart if you can not.
What if I am pregnant or postpartum?
These programmes are not designed for pregnancy or the early postpartum period. Get clearance from a medical professional before taking part in this training programme.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, yes, no questions asked. After that, all sales are final.
