  • How Do I Sign Up?
    Click any of the sign up buttons on this page to join the waitlist. When spaces go live, you will get an email with a sign up link.
  • How Does It Work?
    Upon signing up, you'll receive access to the app that the challenge will be run through. You will fill in an onboarding form to give me all of your details so I can create your program and set your app up based on what you want to achieve from the challenge. You'll have targets to work towards and keep track of and at the end of every week, we'll have a check in where you let me know how your week has gone (via a form in the app), and I will provide you with feedback. Outside of the weekly check in, support and accountability will be provided through the Facebook Group and Weekly Live Calls. Community will play a large part in the challenge by keeping you motivated and on track.
  • Who is it For?
    Women of all ages (18+) who want to lose fat, get stronger, and build confidence.
  • Do I Have to Exercise?
    No, you can lose fat without it! If you don't want to exercise, you could decide to not do the workouts and just focus on your nutrition and habits.
  • Can I Do The Workouts at Home?
    Absolutely! We have a selection of home workouts to choose from. All you'll need is one pair of dumbbells.
  • I've Got Gym Experience - Is It Suitable For Me?
    Of course! We have a selection of beginner and advanced workouts so just choose whichever suits you best!
  • I've Got Dietary Requirements - Can I Join?
    Definitely! The nutritional guidance is completely adjustable to whatever dietary requirements you may have.
  • How Do I Track My Progress?
    You will track and store all of your progress in the app.
